Responsibilities

• Consult with users and stakeholders to identify and document business and system requirements.
• Analyse business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Develop functional specifications and support system development and enhancements.
• Plan and coordinate technology projects, including schedules, resources, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate deployment programs and monitor project performance, risks and outcomes.
• Produce user guides, procedures and training materials.
