Job summary

Qualifications

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex ICT initiatives, collaborating with architects, developers, testers, product owners and business stakeholders to design and deliver innovative technology solutions.

About the Role

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, analysing and improving existing systems, and contributing to the design and delivery of new capabilities. You will play a key role throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through to design, testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate business processes and requirements
• Develop solution designs and detailed functional specifications
• Produce and maintain solution documentation
• Conduct system and application assessments, including feasibility, risks and benefits analysis
• Support testing activities, defect management and implementation processes
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes
• Review technical documentation and provide guidance to team members
• Manage system enhancements, changes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to quality assurance activities including peer reviews and design reviews

Skills & Experience Required
