Job summary

Adyen Sydney seeks a Platforms Enterprise Account Manager to educate and lead partners through growth on the Adyen for Platforms solution. Focused on global SaaS platforms and marketplaces, you will activate new revenue streams beyond payments processing and align stakeholders across Sales, Onboarding, Risk, Finance and Product teams.

You’ll drive strategic conversations, manage multiple projects, and nurture long-lasting relationships with merchants and platforms while traveling domestically

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role in payments or SaaS.
• Experience with payments, financial services, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders at all management levels.
• Proven track record in strategic payments conversations and business reviews.
• Comfortable analysing data and telling a clear business story.

Responsibilities

• Act as the human dimension of Adyen’s product, delivering payment guidance and education to customers.
• Prioritise and execute on short and long term projects across multiple accounts.
• Drive commercial discussions while meeting strategic and financial targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and coordinate internal stakeholders across time zones.
• Be the voice for customers and feed back insights into the organisation.
