Job summary

Adactin Group is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the development of a new digital capability within a complex enterprise environment in Canberra. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to assess options, address architectural drivers and establish the initial solution architecture to support delivery planning and development activities.

The role requires collaboration within an Agile, iterative delivery team and the ability to develop architecture artefacts,

Qualifications

• Active NV1 security clearance and Australian work rights.
• Experience in complex, enterprise-scale digital environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives and architectural drivers.
• Assess and compare solution options, technology stacks, integration approaches and implementation patterns.
• Define and develop application, data, integration, security and information-sharing architectures.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies, constraints and implementation considerations.
• Develop architecture artefacts, architecture decision records and supporting design documentation.
• Establish architectural principles, standards and patterns to support future delivery.
• Provide recommendations on technology selection, platform approaches and implementation options.
• Develop and contribute to the initial solution architecture, delivery roadmap and prioritised delivery backlog.
• Work collaboratively within a blended team using Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Provide architectural guidance, knowledge sharing and mentoring to delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Support the transition from architectural design into implementation and delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the development of a new digital capability within a complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to assess solution options, address key architectural considerations and establish the initial solution architecture required to support delivery planning and development activities.

• Experience supporting new digital products or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivery.
