Job summary

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate due diligence, and collaborate with Vice Presidents and Directors to deliver advice on mid-cap opportunities in the Australian market.

Qualifications

• M&A front-office experience or equivalent diligence exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or related field.
• Strong financial modelling with DCF, comps and LBO understanding.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mid-cap M&A strategies and sell-side mandates.
• Prepare marketing materials and client presentations; lead analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence, data rooms, and Q&A with advisory teams.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates; support graduate recruiting.
• Engage with senior team and clients to evaluate strategic alternatives.
