Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, you will guide arrivals, support the sales team, and contribute to impeccable presentation and hospitality standards while embracing a multicultural clientele.

Qualifications

• Client-facing luxury ambassador with experience in high-end environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for high-traffic settings.
• Collaborative team player focused on satisfaction and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the Maison's first contact, warmly welcoming visitors and guiding them.
• Represent Van Cleef & Arpels with professionalism and share the Maison's history.
• Support internal communication, maintain presentation standards and assist briefs.
