Job summary

7-Eleven Australia is seeking a field merchandiser to support our store relay program across New South Wales. This casual role requires visiting multiple stores, driving your own vehicle, and moving between locations to execute merchandising initiatives.

You will contribute to visual standards, adjust floorplans, and ensure POS elements are correctly applied, while maintaining energy, reliability, and strong store relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Merchandising OR retail customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A valid Driver Licence and reliable car.
• An ability to build relationships across all of our various stakeholders.
• Tenacity and optimism, a real team player that can incite and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the setting of visual merchandising standards in stores.
• Implementing changes in store floorplan layouts.
• Application of all POS elements.
• Track and report project progress and status.
• Initiate escalation of issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all corporate obligations for store appearance and signage are met.
• Be hands on in stores with activations.
• Ensure all key business initiatives are delivered on time and to standard.
