Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group seeks reliable, hands-on team members to join our Retail Division in Sydney, supporting major supermarket store refit projects across New South Wales.

This casual role offers on-the-job training and ongoing project work across different sites. Shifts are Sunday to Thursday, 10PM–6AM, with paid travel allowances and a buddy system for new starters. Ideal for those who enjoy physical work and teamwork, seeing tangible results each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, planograms or ESL preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport required.
• OH&S White Card or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Updating and building aisles using planograms.
• Installing and updating ESL (Electronic Shelf Labels).
• Adjusting, removing or installing store shelving.
• General aisle housekeeping and manual handling.
• Working efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Taking direction from the onsite team leader.

This is a casual position with consistent ongoing project work available, moving across different sites every few weeks
