Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group in Sydney is seeking reliable, hands-on team members to join our Retail Division for supermarket refit projects across New South Wales. This casual role offers on‑the‑job training and ongoing project work across multiple sites.

If you enjoy physical work, teamwork and delivering visible results, this position provides paid travel allowances, full training, and a buddy system to support new starters as you refresh aisles and update store layouts.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a small team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability on site.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport required.
• OH&S White Card or willingness to obtain it.
• Retail, planogram or ESL experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Updating and building aisles using planograms.
• Installing and updating ESL (Electronic Shelf Labels).
• Adjusting, removing or installing store shelving.
• General aisle housekeeping and manual handling.
• Working efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Taking direction from the onsite team leader.

We’re looking for reliable, hands‑on team members to join our Retail Division in Sydney, supporting major supermarket store refit projects across New South Wales.

Full on‑the‑job training and support provided.This is a casual position with consistent ongoing project work available, moving across different sites every few weeks
