Job summary

EZSVS (AUS) PTY LTD in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an IT Asset & Inventory Coordinator to support asset management and inventory operations at our data centre site. You will manage IT hardware, spare parts, and asset records, perform checks, track serials, and work with engineers, logistics teams and vendors to ensure accurate receiving, storage and issuance of equipment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT asset management, data centre operations or warehousing and are comfortable handling

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT asset management, data centre operations, inventory or technical logistics.
• Experience with IT hardware and high-value equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform delivery and receiving checks, including quantity, model and condition.
• Scan and verify asset tags, serial numbers and equipment details.
• Quarantine and report damaged or unexpected equipment.
• Maintain asset registers, spare-parts records and storage locations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inventory movements and discrepancies.
