Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of QA experience with test automation.
• Hands-on ServiceNow testing experience.
• Expertise with Automation Anywhere.
• Experience designing and executing automated test scripts.
• Experience improving automation frameworks.
• Strong testing methodologies and defect tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Automation Anywhere.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automated testing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and testing needs.
• Execute automated tests, analyze results, and identify defects and improvement opportunities.
• Enhance automation frameworks, tools, and processes for better efficiency and coverage.
• Document test cases, results, defects, and artifacts.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and testability.
• Coordinate with development and delivery teams to track and resolve defects.
• Mentor team members on automation testing approaches and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous QA improvement initiatives.
