Job summary

Showtime Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead / QA Automation Engineer to join a major enterprise environment in Sydney. You will develop, execute, and optimize automated testing for enterprise applications, aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance.

The role requires 7–10 years in QA, strong ServiceNow and Automation Anywhere skills, and a hands-on approach to automation, test planning, and process improvement within an Agile setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of QA, software testing, and test automation experience.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience and Automation Anywhere expertise.
• Ability to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and maintain frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Automation Anywhere.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automated strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
• Execute tests, analyze results, and identify defects for improvement.
• Enhance automation frameworks and testing processes for efficiency and coverage.
• Document test cases, results, defects, and artefacts.
• Participate in code reviews and provide quality feedback.
• Support testing activities within Agile delivery environments.
