Job summary

AlphaSys Pty Ltd (Australia-based) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Salesforce and related technology projects within the nonprofit practice. You will govern delivery to meet scope, time, and budget while upholding quality and stakeholder experience.

The role requires strong governance, Salesforce ecosystem familiarity, and the ability to navigate nonprofit dynamics. Collaboration with remote teams, including the Philippines, is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce or technology transformation projects.
• Strong ability to manage clients through change including adoption and process transformation.
• Project management certifications such as AgilePM, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Associate, Administrator or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and technology projects within the Nonprofit Practice.
• Demonstrate Agile Project Management capability and adapt delivery approaches.
• Develop, manage, and execute project delivery plans with visibility across milestones.
• Maintain scope and budget management, risks, and dependencies.
• Communicate with remote teams, including Philippines, in a collaborative way.
• Ensure project cadence: stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retros, steering meetings.
