Zusammenfassung

AlphaSys in Australia seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Salesforce and technology projects within our Nonprofit Practice, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

You will guide governance, manage client relationships, and coordinate remote teams to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires Sydney CBD work at least twice a week and permanent work rights in Australia.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce or technology transformation projects.
• Strong capability in managing clients through change, including adoption and business process transformation.
• Project management certifications such as AgilePM, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Salesforce Associate, Administrator, or higher).
• High proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including core clouds and lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability and willingness to work from Sydney CBD, or co-working space in Melbourne, at least twice a week.
• Must be based in Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne and hold a valid permit to work permanently in Australia.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and technology projects within the Nonprofit Practice.
• Demonstrate Agile Project Management capability and adapt delivery accordingly.
• Develop, manage and execute project delivery plans with visibility on milestones and risks.
• Maintain scope and budget management, escalate risks and issues.
• Communicate effectively with remote teams, incl. Philippines.
• Contribute to solution delivery and input during client discussions.
• Ensure project cadence with stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming and retros.
• Set and manage client expectations across the project lifecycle.
• Manage change requests per the change control process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Nonprofit Practice.
