Job summary

AlphaSys in Australia is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to own the solution architecture from pre-sales through to delivery. You will shape approaches, provide architectural leadership, and ensure alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.

In the Nonprofit Practice, you will work with charities and fundraising teams, leading workshops with consultants and developers, and guiding governance, data architecture, and integrations across Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing Salesforce solutions or leading CRM/digital transformation projects.
• Experience with nonprofit CRM systems or nonprofit cloud solutions.
• Must be based in Australia with valid work rights.

Responsibilities

• Shape solution architectures during pre-sales and delivery.
• Lead client demonstrations and align designs with business goals.
• Provide architectural governance and resolve complex design decisions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to practice development.
