Job summary

Levyl. is seeking a systems-minded HR professional to administer our HRIS and people technology platforms in Sydney, supporting the employee lifecycle from hire to offboarding.

You will own system functionality, run reports, maintain data accuracy and partner with the People team to continuously improve processes and reporting, delivering insights to leaders and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR systems or HRIS administration.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new HRIS platforms.
• Strong data accuracy and record-keeping.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own HR systems administration and ensure accurate usage.
• Identify improvements to HR system functionality and workflows.
• Develop reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support system enhancements, testing and optimisation.
• Guide employees and leaders in navigating HR systems.
• Maintain high-quality employee records across platforms.
• Support broader People operations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with People team to improve systems and UX.
