Reporting to an established and collaborative People & Culture Manager, you will work closely with an experienced and collaborative leader who is focused on delivering a practical, progressive and commercially aligned people function.
You will operate as a trusted partner across the business, taking ownership of day-to-day people matters while contributing to broader culture, capability and transformation initiatives. The relationship will offer support and guidance, alongside the autonomy to manage your portfolio, influence leaders and identify better ways of working.
As the People & Culture Business Partner, you will deliver proactive, practical and employee experience-focused solutions across a diverse stakeholder group.
You will partner with leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle, balancing hands-on operational delivery with broader organisational priorities. You will coach leaders, manage employee relations matters and contribute to initiatives spanning culture, workforce planning, capability, change and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR generalist with recent experience in a Senior HR Advisor, People & Culture Business Partner or comparable role. Experience gained within manufacturing, hospitality, FMCG or another fast-paced environment will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will bring broad capability across performance, recruitment, workforce planning and the employee lifecycle, alongside a genuine interest in culture, capability, change and process improvement.
A practical approach to problem-solving, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt to different individuals and situations will be key. Credibility will come through thoughtful advice, sound judgement and a willingness to take ownership.
