Job summary

Westpac in Sydney is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Implementation Manager to own the delivery of product implementations and change requests for institutional clients. The role is permanent, part-time, three days a week, with two in-office days to collaborate with the team.

You will work with Product, Sales, Service, Relationship Management and Operations to deliver requirements, manage risks, and keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Two to three years project implementation experience is essential.
• Experience with transaction banking is advantageous.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Agile, Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product implementations and change requests for institutional customers.
• Coordinate implementations from start to finish with clear communication.
• Manage risks and issues and keep projects moving forward.
