You will work with top brands across Retail, Property & Services, delivering large-scale CX/NPS studies, journey mapping, segmentation and brand research.

The role blends quantitative rigor with storytelling, mentoring, and client impact in a collaborative, hybrid setting.

Qualifications

Strong credentials in a strategic insights agency environment.
Ability to combine quantitative rigour with qualitative depth.
Excellent stakeholder management and senior-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee design and delivery of bespoke quantitative and qualitative research programmes.
Lead CX, NPS and Voice of Customer discussions with confidence.
Integrate diverse evidence sources to reveal actionable insights for clients.
Translate insights into clear business actions and dashboards for monthly/quarterly reporting.
Mentor and develop junior consultants to elevate team capability.
Deliver compelling insights and recommendations to senior decision-makers.
