Cylex Local Search in Sydney (NSW) is seeking an Insights Coordinator to lead hybrid community research, from survey design to reporting, and to translate insights for leadership decisions. The 12-month maternity leave contract focuses on designing and analysing surveys, supporting community engagement, and developing customer experience metrics with flexible onsite and WFH days.
