Job summary

MYS Superyacht Crew is seeking an experienced Head Chef for a land-based role in Sydney. The position offers a salary of AUD 140,000–150,000 per year, with a discretionary annual bonus, and a Monday–Friday schedule with reduced hours when guests are not onboard.

The role includes cooking for a private 38m yacht's crew of seven, and occasional yard work on the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will have yacht chef experience or a comparable background in private residences or high-end restaurants,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef on superyacht or similar high-end environment.
• Strong culinary foundations and formal training.
• Versatile repertoire for crew and VIP guests.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute premium meals for crew and guests onboard.
• Maintain high standards with premium produce and plating.
