King Living is seeking a payroll professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support end-to-end payroll across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA, the UK and SEA. The role involves data migration, systems preparation and a global ERP program that will shape how King Living pays its people.

You will manage payroll processing, compliance, reconciliations and reporting while collaborating with People & Finance teams in a dynamic, globally expanding organisation.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Australian payroll knowledge (Fair Work, modern awards, superannuation, PAYG).
• NZ payroll experience desired.
• Experience with cloud payroll platforms (e.g., Employment Hero).
• SAP/SAP SuccessFactors exposure is a plus.
• Strong reconciliation, numeracy and advanced Excel skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling data.
• Ability to meet tight pay cut-offs across time zones.
• Experience with multi-country payroll (SEA, NAM, UK) desirable.
• Payroll qualification/certification such as APA desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end payroll processing across regions and pay cycles.
• Contribute to data cleansing, validation and systems preparation for ERP program.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting for month-end, year-end and audits.
• Respond to employee pay queries with professionalism and speed.
