Job summary

King Living is seeking a payroll professional to join our Design & Support Centre in Sydney on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will manage end‑to‑end payroll across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA, the UK and South East Asia, contributing to data migration and a global ERP program including SAP SuccessFactors.

You will be focused on accuracy, discretion and ownership while supporting multi‑region payroll operations and complex pay cycles.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Australian payroll experience with knowledge of Fair Work, awards, superannuation and PAYG.
• NZ payroll experience is highly regarded.
• Experience with cloud payroll platforms (Employment Hero) is preferred.
• SAP/SAP SuccessFactors exposure is highly regarded.
• Strong reconciliation, numeracy and advanced Excel skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and discretion with confidential data.
• Able to work to tight pay cut-offs across multiple time zones and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions and pay cycles.
• Contribute to data cleansing, validation and systems preparation.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and respond to pay queries.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and month-end/year-end reporting.
• Collaborate with Payroll, People Partners, Finance and vendors.
