Job summary

King Living is seeking a skilled payroll professional to lead end-to-end payroll across Australia and regional entities on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will contribute to data migration, systems preparation, and a global ERP program that shapes how the company pays its people.

You will manage compliance, resolve pay queries, and work with SAP SuccessFactors and cloud payroll platforms, with opportunities to extend into a permanent Payroll Officer role depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Australian payroll with Fair Work knowledge.
• NZ payroll experience is a plus.
• Experience with cloud payroll platforms such as Employment Hero.
• SAP/SAP SuccessFactors exposure is advantageous.
• Strong reconciliation and advanced Excel skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling data.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll across Australia and regions.
• Contribute to data cleansing and ERP data readiness.
• Support payroll compliance and respond to pay queries.
• Assist with reconciliations and month/year-end reporting.
