Job summary

InforCapital seeks a Head of Investor Relations to lead messaging, fundraising, and engagement with a sophisticated global investor base from its Sydney office. The role reports to senior leadership and shapes capital raising and investor communications across private markets strategies.

Based in Sydney, you will manage relationships with LPs, respond to inquiries, coordinate data rooms, and provide strategic input on capital allocation and product development.

Qualifications

• Experience in investor relations for private equity or similar alternative investments.
• Ability to manage investor due diligence processes and responses.
• Proven track record in coordinating fundraising initiatives and investor communications.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relationship Management: cultivate and maintain robust relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and consultants globally.
• Fundraising Support: lead and coordinate capital raising initiatives for new and existing private equity funds, including materials and roadshows.
• Investor Communications: oversee preparation and distribution of quarterly reports, annual letters, performance updates, and market commentary.
• Strategic Input: provide senior management with insights into investor sentiment, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Internal Coordination: collaborate with investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams to gather information and streamline reporting.
• Compliance and Governance: ensure IR activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
