Job summary

InforCapital, a leading private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Director to lead its infrastructure investment platform from Sydney. You will originate and execute sizable infrastructure deals, run due diligence, build robust financial models, and drive value creation across portfolio companies.

You will manage relationships with developers, operators and capital partners, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to strategic growth of the platform in a confidential, competitive package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure/private equity investment.
• Proven track record in deal origination and execution.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Ability to lead due diligence across finance, technical, and regulatory aspects.
• Portfolio management experience.
• Excellent relationships with developers, operators, and capital partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and originate infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Lead due diligence and deal structuring from origination to closing.
• Develop and refine financial models and investment committee papers.
• Manage portfolio companies and drive value creation initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to platform strategy.
