Firmus Technologies Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW, Australia seeks a Team Coordinator, Investor Relations with 5+ years of experience to manage calendar, meetings, materials and CRM operations for the IR program. The role requires organization, discretion and cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Finance and Communications.

You will work closely with the GM, IR and Senior Manager to ensure timely disclosure, investor engagement and governance processes, while coordinating with external advisers

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in coordination, program management, executive support, corporate affairs, capital markets operations or related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder processes involving senior executives, external advisers, legal counsel, governance stakeholders or investors.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and document discipline, including executive-ready materials and clear version control.
• Strong organisational skills across calendar management, travel, events, workflow tracking, meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Familiarity with IR, governance or capital markets tools and processes, including Microsoft 365, IR CRM tools, share registry platforms, market data services or virtual data rooms.
• High discretion, sound judgement and experience handling confidential information.
• Curiosity and structured problem-solving, comfortable with unfamiliar tasks.
• Experience supporting Board, Company Secretary, governance, investor meetings or cross-time-zone coordination.
• Exposure to technology, infrastructure, energy, AI or datacentre projects.

Responsabilidades

• IR Calendar, Meetings and Roadshow Logistics: coordinate the IR calendar, results, trading updates, AGMs, investor days and meetings.
• Materials, Disclosure Workflow and Document Control: manage production, version control and sign-off for investor materials and annual reporting content.
• Investor CRM, Register and Data: oversee day-to-day operation of the investor CRM and shareholder registry workflows.
• Stakeholder Coordination and Team Support: liaise with capital markets advisers, legal, PR, share registry and external providers on timelines and deliverables.
