Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Transport NSW to lead the NSW Transport operation from Lurnea. The role focuses on safe, compliant and efficient delivery across the state, with responsibility for performance, team development and stakeholder partnerships.

You will report to the Transport Manager NSW and drive continuous improvement, service excellence and growth while coaching a high-performing transport team in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or 3PL operations.
• Background in cold chain or temperature-sensitive environments.
• In-depth knowledge of CoR, NHVR and transport compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Influence DIFOT, productivity and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Plan transport scheduling, fleet utilisation and workflows.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure CoR, NHVR Fatigue and mass management compliance.
