Qualifications

• Procurement and contract management experience, public sector preferred.
• Experience supporting RFx and tender processes.
• Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and contract management activities.
• Provide practical procurement advice to internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement activities in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
• Review RFx and tender documentation for quality and compliance.
• Review Statements of Requirements, contracts, work orders and Tender Evaluation Plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and progress procurement activities.
• Support procurement reporting, administration and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of autonomy.
