Job summary

Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network is seeking a Team Leader to coordinate the day-to-day operation of the telephonists at Westmead, managing staff, rosters, workflow and priorities to ensure timely, quality service.

You will mentor, coach and develop team members, provide telephony assistance during peak demand, and collaborate with the Patient Administration Manager to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation of the telephonists, managing staff, roster, workflow and priorities to ensure timely service.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members to meet service timeframes.
• Provide telephony assistance during high call demand or during vacancies and collaborate to resolve issues with the Patient Administration Manager.
