Job summary

CJR Swimming School in Bentleigh East offers friendly, personalised swimming lessons for babies, children and adults in a calm, boutique setting with a warm 34°C indoor pool. We are seeking an experienced Swimming Teacher to teach group and private lessons and help swimmers build confidence and water safety skills.

Shifts are available on weekday evenings and weekend mornings, with ongoing, flexible hours and strong team support to help you grow as an instructor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching swimming across all ages (min. 1 year experience preferred).
• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety qualification (or equivalent) (Teacher of infants desirable).
• Current required first aid, CPR and Working with Children checks.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, encouraging teaching style.
• A reliable, safety-focused approach and the ability to work independently.

• Regular casual shifts available on weekday evenings and weekend mornings.

CJR Swimming School is a boutique swim school in Bentleigh East, offering lessons for all ages and abilities - from babies and learn-to-swim through to pre-squad, children with diverse abilities and private adult lessons.

About the role
