Job summary

Belgravia Leisure in Winchelsea, VIC, is seeking energetic Swim School Instructors to deliver swimming lessons and promote water safety for children and adults. Casual roles suitable for those who can teach school groups during the day.

You will join a supportive Swim School team, bringing current First Aid, CPR, WWC, and Austswim qualifications, with strong communication and time-management skills. Flexible shifts available mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• First Aid (Level 2) certification required.
• CPR certificate required.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check required.
• Current AUSTSWIM Certificate or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to a wide range of ages and abilities.
• Demonstrate effective communication and attention to detail.
• Work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Availability to teach during school hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.

This is a great opportunityfor qualified teachers who enjoy swimming, love working with children, who want to teach the skills of swimming and the value of water safety.

The Role

Winchelsea Swimming Pool is looking for energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team.

TheSwim School Instructordelivers swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities. Successful applicants will be effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential.

Multiple casual position available. You must be available to work during school hours to teach school groups.
