Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking energetic Swim Instructors to join our Swim School team at Stromlo Leisure Centre. You will teach swimming lessons to a wide range of ages and abilities, focusing on water safety and skill development. Strong communication, time management and teamwork are essential, with industry qualifications required.

We offer multiple positions, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive environment with flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR required.
• WWVP and National Police Check required.
• Current Swim Teacher Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to diverse ages and abilities.
• Demonstrate water safety and proper technique.
• Communicate effectively with students and guardians.
• Maintain organisation and time management during classes.
