Job summary

Belgravia Leisure’s Winchelsea venue is seeking energetic Swim School Instructors to deliver lessons to diverse age groups. You will communicate clearly, manage time well, and contribute to a safe learning environment.

Casual positions are available with morning, evening, and weekend hours, and applicants must hold current First Aid, CPR, WWC, and a national police check, or equivalent. AUSTSWIM qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR certification.
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check.
• Current AUSTSWIM Certificate – or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to a wide range of ages and abilities.
• Communicate effectively and maintain attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong time management and teamwork with minimal supervision.
• Available to work during school hours for school groups.
