Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking energetic Swim Teachers to run lessons at Ryan Mitchell Swim Centre during peak season. You’ll teach a variety of ages, ensuring safety and water-skill development, with an emphasis on effective communication and personal accountability.

Role requires availability mornings, evenings and weekends, plus relevant industry qualifications and a collaborative team approach. Casual positions offered across the period and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR certification required.
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check required.
• Current AUSTSWIM Certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to a wide range of ages and abilities.
• Communicate clearly and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Work well in a team and manage time with minimal supervision.

The Role

Ryan Mitchell Swim Centre is looking for energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team during the peak seasonal period of Nov 2626 to Mar 2027

TheSwim Teacherdelivers swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities. Successful applicants will be effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential.
