Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking energetic Swim School Instructors to teach a range of swimming classes at Moss Vale. You will be delivering lessons to diverse ages and abilities, ensuring water safety and clear communication with students and supervisors.

Applicants must hold current First Aid, CPR, WWC, Police Check and a current AUSTSWIM certificate. Casual shifts include mornings, evenings and weekend classes in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• First aid and CPR certifications are required.
• WWC and National Police Check are mandatory.
• AUSTSWIM or equivalent teaching certificate is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to varied ages and abilities.
• Communicate clearly and maintain attention to detail.
• Work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Be available for school hours teaching groups.

This is a great opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy swimming, love working with children, who want to teach the skills of swimming and the value of water safety.

The Role

Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic Centre is looking for energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team.

The Swim School Instructor delivers swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities. Successful applicants will be effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential.

Multiple casual position available. You must be available to work during school hours to teach school groups.
