Carlile Swim Operations Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a people-focused leader to take on the Swim School Manager role at our Castle Cove centre. You will lead a diverse team, champion high quality teaching and exceptional family experiences, and drive enrolments, retention and operational targets across the centre.

This hands-on role requires coaching, rostering, budgeting and safeguarding, with a proud history of developing champions and serving the local community.

• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience managing daily operations, staffing, rosters and performance.
• Confidence coaching leaders, providing feedback and supporting team development.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Commercial awareness and experience working towards operational and financial targets.
• Strong organisation, problem solving and decision making skills.
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a genuine commitment to safety and team culture.
• Experience within aquatics, swim schools, recreation or a similar environment will be highly regarded.

• Oversee rostering, staffing, budgets and day to day centre operations.

• Use feedback, insights and performance results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead by example, remaining actively involved in centre operations and supporting your team.
