Job summary

PCYC Capricorn Coast Aquatic Centre is seeking a Swim Ready Leader responsible for all operations, management and safety of Swim School families and coaching staff. You will drive program performance, champion customer-first service, and model a respectful, inclusive culture within a supportive team.

The role requires current Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety, Infant/Aquatics certificates, lifeguard and first aid credentials, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold relevant swimming safety certificates and clearances.
• Ability to travel across the state as required.
• Strong knowledge of water safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations, management and safety of Swim School families and coaching team.
• Ensure program performance and customer service excellence.
• Foster a safe, welcoming environment and lead by example.
