City of Gold Coast seeks a Coordinator Sustainable Transport Assets to lead the sustainable road assets function as Asset Custodian for pathways and road-inventory assets. You will drive lifecycle planning, risk, and performance, translating complex data into affordable programs, and work with engineers, planners and delivery teams.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure Planning, Project Management or related disciplines, and / or relevant equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure asset management, lifecycle planning, risk, levels of service, condition and performance, maintenance and renewal programming.
• Strong ability to translate complex asset, customer, condition, financial and risk information into clear priorities, programs, budgets and recommendations.

• Lead lifecycle planning and asset performance for transport assets.
• Coordinate condition, inspection strategy and maintenance stewardship.
• Develop capital programs and asset information governance.
• Translate needs into affordable maintenance and renewal plans.
