Steadfast Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Sustainability Reporting to lead and own the sustainability reporting function. This role will drive high-quality disclosures, strengthen governance, and partner with stakeholders to advance the Group’s sustainability strategy.

You will oversee emissions data collection (Scope 1-3), report against standards, and collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure reliable, compliant reporting.

• Experience in sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and climate disclosure requirements.
• Familiarity with the GHG Protocol and emissions reporting.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality outcomes under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sustainability reporting, including annual disclosures and emissions reporting.
• Oversee collection, analysis, and verification of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data.
• Improve sustainability reporting systems, controls, and data collection processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support reporting and assurance.
• Prepare reports, conduct scenario analysis, and advise on evolving reporting requirements.

About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Sustainability Reporting to lead and own Steadfast Group’s sustainability reporting function. This role will drive the delivery of high-quality, compliant sustainability disclosures while partnering with stakeholders across the business to enhance reporting processes, strengthen governance, and support the Group’s sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end sustainability reporting process, including annual disclosures, emissions reporting, and compliance with reporting standards.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and verification of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data.
• Drive continuous improvement of sustainability reporting systems, controls, and data collection processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, subsidiaries, and external auditors to support reporting and assurance requirements.
• Prepare sustainability reports, conduct scenario analysis, and provide recommendations on emerging reporting requirements and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sustainability reporting, ESG assurance, or climate-related disclosures within a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, climate disclosure requirements, and the GHG Protocol.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.
