Job summary

Steadfast Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Sustainability Reporting to lead and own the sustainability reporting function. You will drive high-quality disclosures, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and enhance reporting governance and processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of sustainability standards, climate disclosures, and the GHG Protocol, with a focus on delivering accurate data, assurance, and continuous improvement in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sustainability reporting, ESG assurance, or climate-related disclosures within a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, climate disclosure requirements, and the GHG Protocol.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sustainability reporting process, including annual disclosures and emissions reporting.
  • Oversee collection, analysis, and verification of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting systems, controls, and data collection processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support reporting and assurance requirements.
  • Prepare sustainability reports, conduct scenario analysis, and advise on emerging reporting requirements.

About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Sustainability Reporting to lead and own Steadfast Group’s sustainability reporting function. This role will drive the delivery of high-quality, compliant sustainability disclosures while partnering with stakeholders across the business to enhance reporting processes, strengthen governance, and support the Group’s sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end sustainability reporting process, including annual disclosures, emissions reporting, and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and verification of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sustainability reporting systems, controls, and data collection processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, subsidiaries, and external auditors to support reporting and assurance requirements.
  • Prepare sustainability reports, conduct scenario analysis, and provide recommendations on emerging reporting requirements and best practices.
