Job summary

Steadfast Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Sustainability Reporting to lead our sustainability reporting function and own disclosures across Scope 1-3 emissions. You will partner with stakeholders, drive data collection, ensure governance, and support the Group’s sustainability strategy.

You will oversee emissions data, implement reporting standards, and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to assure accuracy and assurance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures within a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, climate disclosure requirements, and the GHG Protocol.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sustainability reporting process, including annual disclosures and emissions reporting.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and verification of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sustainability reporting systems, controls, and data collection processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, subsidiaries, and external auditors to support reporting and assurance requirements.
  • Prepare sustainability reports, conduct scenario analysis, and provide recommendations on evolving reporting requirements and best practices.

About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Sustainability Reporting to lead and own Steadfast Group’s sustainability reporting function. This role will drive the delivery of high-quality, compliant sustainability disclosures while partnering with stakeholders across the business to enhance reporting processes, strengthen governance, and support the Group’s sustainability strategy.

  • Lead the end-to-end sustainability reporting process, including annual disclosures, emissions reporting, and compliance with reporting standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sustainability reporting, ESG assurance, or climate-related disclosures within a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.
