Job summary

Judo Bank is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead the sustainability reporting and disclosure program, based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. This 12-month role reports to the Head of Tax & Financial Compliance and drives governance, data integrity and auditable disclosures across the business.

You will collaborate with Finance, Risk and Investor Relations to advance climate-related risk management and align with regulatory requirements, frameworks, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability or related discipline.
• Postgraduate ESG or sustainability qualifications highly regarded.
• Experience in sustainability reporting or related field.
• Familiarity with GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB and NGERS frameworks.
• Audit experience in professional services or industry environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of sustainability reporting, including annual disclosures aligned with AASB S2.
• Manage end-to-end reporting processes: data collection, validation, documentation and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee Board and sub-committee reporting on sustainability matters.
• Coordinate external assurance activities and strengthen reporting controls and governance frameworks.
• Support identification and management of climate-related risks and opportunities.
• Drive financed emissions reporting and refine methodologies with stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Prepare responses to investor queries on sustainability and climate risk disclosures.
• Support internal and external communications regarding sustainability strategy and performance.
• Deliver climate risk training and embed sustainability across the organisation.
