Job summary

Mauri, part of George Weston Foods, invites applications for a Sustainability Manager to lead our sustainability program from our Enfield Head Office. This role reports to the Technical, Quality and Sustainability Director and drives program management of Mauri's sustainability strategy.

The role collaborates across Mauri to advance our pillars of people, planet, product and prosperity, engaging stakeholders to evolve Mauri's PURPOSE: Together, we sustainably feed the nation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sustainability/ESG experience or related role.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mauri's sustainability program across the four pillars: people, planet, product, prosperity.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and workstream leads to drive strategy execution.
• Create and deliver communication and training to educate Mauri's teams on sustainability initiatives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align goals with best practices.
• Coordinate regular sustainability updates and ESG reporting to meet governance standards.
