Job summary

Mauri, part of George Weston Foods, is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead the program at our Enfield Head Office.

You will shape strategy across four pillars—people, planet, product and prosperity—and drive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to advance our purpose 'Together, we sustainably feed the nation.' You will report to the Technical, Quality and Sustainability Director, coordinate ESG reporting, and work with finance to collect data.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in sustainability/ESG or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG preferred.
• Strong program management and reporting framework experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sustainability program, shaping goals, milestones and stakeholder communications.
• Drive execution of the sustainability strategy with the executive leadership team and workstream leads.
• Create and deliver communications and training on sustainability initiatives.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to align goals with best practices.
• Coordinate regular sustainability updates to track progress and reporting obligations.
• Ensure ESG reporting meets governance standards and coordinate data with finance.
