Job summary

Rabobank Australia is seeking a Senior Sustainability Analyst to lead modern slavery regulatory work, policy reviews, and sustainability program delivery. The Sustainability team collaborates across Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, North America and Brazil to translate global goals into local action.

You will draft the modern slavery statement, drive action plans, manage projects, coordinate reporting, and support communications and stakeholder engagement while handling team

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher required with strong sustainability focus.
• Experience in sustainability analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of ESG regulations, guidelines and frameworks.
• Strong data analysis and Power BI skills.
• Project/workflow management and excellent written communication.
• Over 10 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Modern Slavery working group for Australia with UK and NL stakeholders.
• Support Modern Slavery requirements for Rabobank New Zealand.
• Draft Modern Slavery statements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement and oversee Australia Modern Slavery action plan.
• Develop project plans and manage sustainability initiatives.
• Lead the team’s administrative functions.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Support communications and engagement across Rabobank.
• Coordinate policy reviews with local and global stakeholders, gather feedback.
