Rabobank Australia Limited is seeking a Senior Sustainability Analyst to lead modern slavery regulatory work, policy reviews, and program administration within the Australian team. You will translate the global sustainability agenda into local actions, collaborating across Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, North America and Brazil.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
• Experience in sustainability analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of ESG regulations, guidelines, and reporting frameworks.
• High degree of knowledge in MS Office Suite, Power BI and data analysis skills.
• Project and workflow management skills.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Greater than 10 years' work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Modern Slavery working group for Australia with UK and NL stakeholders.
• Support Modern Slavery requirements for Rabobank New Zealand.
• Draft the Modern Slavery statement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement and oversee delivery of AU Modern Slavery action plan.
• Develop project plans and provide project management for sustainability initiatives.
• Lead the administrative functions of the team.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Support communications and engagement activities of the Sustainability team.
