Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead and manage our sustainability strategy, framework and action plans across the organisation. Reporting to the General Manager - Strategy, you will guide the development, execution and reporting of initiatives that support net zero by 2050 and our Reconciliation Action Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in environmental, social governance or related field.
• More than 10 years in senior sustainability roles.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting requirements.

• Lead and manage BaptistCare's sustainability strategy and action plans.
• Develop KPIs, report progress to Executive Team and Board.
• Embed sustainability across corporate strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate across functions and manage stakeholder engagement.
