ECADIN is seeking a Sustainability and ESG Sales Lead to drive revenue with corporate and government clients in Australia. You will guide the client journey from lead generation to quotes and key account management, bringing ESG procurement expertise to support reporting and waste reduction targets.

You will work hands-on with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, build proposals, and nurture relationships that align with zero-waste objectives and inclusive employment.

Formación

• Experience in ESG strategies, social procurement, or circular economy practices.
• Proven B2B sales, account management or business development track record with ethical customer service.
• Minimum 2 years of tertiary study or qualification in Environmental/Sustainability Management, Environmental Science, Business, or related discipline.
• High digital literacy including Google Workspace and CRM platforms. HubSpot and Shopify experience is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Corporate & Government Business Development: identify, nurture, and convert high-value sales opportunities.
• Manage the Client Journey: respond to sales queries, build relationships, maintain CRM hygiene.
• Prepare Proposals & Quotes: write proposals, create quotes for resource recovery services, assist with contracts.
• Provide ESG & Circular Economy Expertise: guide clients on ESG reporting, Scope 3 waste reduction targets, social value metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Logistics, Processing, and Retail teams for delivery.
• Site Visits & Project Coordination: conduct client site visits and maintain communication through project completion.
