Green Collect in Melbourne seeks a Sustainability and ESG Sales Lead to drive revenue from corporate and government clients, guiding ESG procurement and reporting decisions.

You will manage the full client journey from lead generation to proposals, quotes, and key account management, collaborating with internal teams to ensure delivery and impact.

Ideal candidates bring ESG strategy experience, strong B2B sales, and a passion for zero waste and inclusive employment.

Formación

• Experience implementing ESG strategies or circular economy practices.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Minimum 2 years of tertiary study in Environmental/Sustainability Management or related discipline.
• High level of digital literacy with Google Workspace; CRM experience (HubSpot/Shopify).

Responsabilidades

• Identify, nurture, and convert high-value sales opportunities with corporate and government clients aligned with ESG and social procurement frameworks.
• Respond to sales queries, build relationships, and maintain sales hygiene using CRM.
• Write winning proposals and accurate quotes for resource recovery services; assist with contracts.
• Guide clients on ESG reporting, Scope 3 waste reduction targets, and social value metrics.
• Collaborate with internal Logistics, Processing, and Retail teams for delivery.
• Conduct client site visits to large-scale projects and maintain clear communication through completion.
